Meet the Admin Team

Alison Moore has been an educator in NC schools since 1992. Mrs. Moore began her career in Rowan County schools as a Spanish Teacher at the elementary level, serving Faith, Morgan and North Rowan Elementary schools. Between 1993 and 2001, Mrs. Moore taught various grade levels (K, 3rd, 4th, and 5th) at North Rowan and Bostian Elementary Schools. Mrs. Moore then served Cabarrus County Schools for 21 years as an Assistant Principal and Principal from July 2001 to Jan. 2023. Mrs. Moore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from
Catawba College (1992), and a Master of School Administration from Appalachian State University (2000).

When not engaged in school activities, Mrs. Moore enjoys volunteering at church and with Scouts BSA and Girl Scouts. Mrs. Moore and her husband , Aaron, live in Salisbury, NC. They have two adult children, Ainsley (an 8th grade teacher in Onslow County) and Anderson (a student and server in Raleigh).

Mr. Mitchell started teaching at East Rowan High School in 1999 until he joined the staff of Faith Academy Charter School in the summer of 2023.  During his time at East Rowan High School, Mr. Mitchell taught in the subject area of social studies, and served as the athletic director.  Mr. Mitchell earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Catawba College, and his Master of Educational Leadership degree from Western Governors University.

Mr. Mitchell lives in Faith, NC with his wife, Allison, and four children, Alexandria (7th grade), Alice (5th grade), Joshua (3rd grade), and Montgomery (1st grade).  His family loves travelling, especially taking trips to the coast and mountains.

Over the past 24 years Mrs. Shadrou has served in a variety of  K-12 settings in a multiple content areas in  both public and private educational settings.  With a degree in Natural resource Management from NCSU, she began her teaching career at Horizons Unlimited as science specialist, then became an AIG teacher at Mt. Ulla Elementary for several years.  Mrs. Shadroui has served as a middle grades science teacher with an area private school and recently served as an instructional coach, HS science teacher, and assistant principal in Iredell Statesville schools.  

With a masters in Gifted education and post Masters in School Leadership she is excited to serve as Assistant Principal at Faith Charter Academy. Her passion is continuing to equip and engage students in a wide variety of learning experiences both in and out of the classroom. 

Outside of school she is involved in her church community  and enjoys time being outdoors and traveling within North Carolina and beyond.  Her family are Rowan County residents, with a son who was accepted into the United States Naval Academy and daughter who is a current Faith student. 

Amy Wise has been a lifelong educator in Rowan County since beginning her career in 1992. She began as a teacher at South Rowan High School in the Special Education department and
then transitioned to other roles including School Counselor and then Assistant Principal. She also served as the District Testing Coordinator in an interim role for the Rowan-Salisbury School System. Mrs. Wise earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education from UNC Charlotte (1990), a Master of School Counseling degree from UNC Charlotte (2005), and a School Administration degree from Wingate University (2010). She is honored to be a part of Faith Academy striving to make positive impacts in the lives of the children, the staff, and the
community. Mrs. Wise lives in southern Rowan County with her husband, Scott. They have 2 adult children,
Jordan (medical school student at Wake Forest) and Addison (marketing consultant in Raleigh).
Outside of school Mrs. Wise enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time on the lake. She is a
die-hard Carolina fan and loves to cheer on the Tar Heels in football and basketball.
